Meet Dr. Brammeier
Dr. J. Lauren Brammeier, DDS
Growing up in rural Louisiana and Texas, Dr. Lauren Brammeier values a small-town feel and strives to build long-lasting relationships with her patients. That same warmth and personal connection defines the experience at Brammeier Family Dental every single day.
Dr. Brammeier graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2002 from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biochemistry. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007 from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Following graduation, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she practiced across a variety of settings (including urban clinics, group practices, and private practice) before owning her own practice in central Phoenix.
Understanding the value of organized dentistry, Dr. Brammeier served on the Board of Directors for the Central Arizona Dental Society and on the Council for Membership and New Dentist Committee for the Arizona Dental Society. After moving to Illinois in 2015 to be near her husband's family, she has been committed to building a practice that delivers superior dentistry with exceptional, compassionate care for every patient in the Lisle community. In 2019 she purchased the long-established Lisle dental practice of Dr. James Derrico, and has since shaped it into Brammeier Family Dental.
"Every person deserves a healthy smile they can be proud of. We're excited to meet you and your family."
Dr. Brammeier is deeply committed to serving her community and those in need. While in Phoenix, she served as a Lead Member of the Organization Committee for the Arizona Mission of Mercy, an organization that provides free dental care to thousands through volunteers. After moving to Illinois, she traveled with her local church group to Haiti, where she triaged patients in several villages, performed dental extractions, educated locals on oral hygiene, and distributed much-needed dental and medical supplies. She looks forward to more mission trips and opportunities to serve underprivileged populations around the world.
Dr. Brammeier and her husband Michael live in Naperville with their son, Rhett, and two dogs, Dixie and Tanner. She loves spending time with her family and is passionate about giving back through service.
